Kathy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and holds a Level 1 in Exercise Nutrition Certificate from Precision Nutrition. She is
currently working on obtaining her Functional Movement Screen certification to help her clients achieve the mobility and stability needed to move without pain and achieve their fitness and athletic goals while being injury free. Kathy is continually achieving her goals of being educated by the best in the fitness and nutrition industries.
Kathy’s passion for fitness and health & wellness started about 5 years ago while she was in the process of “taking control of her life” from an illness that consumed her physically and emotionally. She not only managed to lose 30 lbs, but she also has her illness under control and lives an extremely active life.
Her fitness success has inspired her to help other women achieve not only weight loss, but also positive self esteem. Being a former educator, Kathy is able to talk, motivate and inspire her clients in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
She is a mother of 2 teenagers: 1 boy and 1 girl and has learned to balance her busy life between her business, physical activity and spending quality time with family.
